~Wisdom Wednesday Wine of the Week~

2016 Kadabra Cabernet Sauvignon ~ The country of origin is Argentina. The grapes were cultivated in Mendoza which is the largest city in the Cuyo, a mountainous area of central-west Argentina. It is a dry red wine with delicate fruity aromas and spiced notes. This wine is priced under $15. It has an alcoholic level of 12.50% vol. making it a light bodied wine. It is best served at a temperate between 60 – 64°F. I personally enjoyed this wine with a “few” pieces of dark chocolate.
